Data Deletion Instructions

If you have interacted with SiteSoft or a SiteSoft-powered messaging service and would like your personal data deleted, you may submit a deletion request.

Please include

• Your full name, if applicable.
• The phone number or email address used to contact us.
• The service or bot you interacted with, if known.
• A short note confirming that you want your data deleted.

What happens next

We will review your request, verify the information where necessary, and delete or anonymise personal information where legally and technically possible.

Exceptions

Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution or legitimate business record purposes.
